Writing Jam - With Guest Co-Facilitator Brian Copeland

If you're called to write, there's a reason—Writing Jams allow you to honor that call.

We begin each session with grounding: breathing together, scanning our bodies, setting intentions through visualization. Then I share a prompt, we all write for 10 minutes, and everyone is welcome (but not required) to share. We complete as many rounds as time allows. Every voice matters here. Share when you want, hold back when you need to. When you do offer your words, you'll find people who listen for what works, what moves, what opens hearts. We focus on what gives life, what resonates. For this Session ONLY, Brian Copeland will join us as a guest co-facilitator!
