Writing Jam - The Heroine's Journey

Many of us reach a moment when the life we’ve been living begins to feel too small for who we’re becoming.

A Writing Jam is a two-hour creative gathering — part sanctuary, part spark. It’s a space where you can exhale, unclench, and write what’s true.

This Jam will be loosely inspired by the Heroine’s Journey — the moments when we begin to question the roles we’ve been handed and listen for a deeper voice within.

We begin together on Zoom with a few quiet breaths and a brief guided visualization. Then I’ll offer a handful of simple prompts inspired by turning points along the Heroine’s Journey — expectations we’ve carried, the hidden costs of belonging, sparks of change, and the brave choices that lead us home to ourselves.

You’ll write in short, timed bursts, following what wants to be said rather than what should be written.

You don’t need to prepare…
